Role Description: Office Personal Assistant
Yashita Electricals Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Personal Assistant to support daily business operations and provide executive-level assistance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, handling internal and external communications, and supporting document preparation related to tenders and purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and executive administrative support to the management team.
- Maintain and manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Handle communication with clients and vendors, particularly regarding tenders, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, typing, copying, and data entry.
- Assist in document preparation and follow-up for government or private tenders.
- Track and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Communication and Diary Management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fie
